Shipping Policy
We ship to the contiguous 48 US states only at this time.
We process orders within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. You will be provided tracking information when your order has been processed. If you do not receive your order within 5-7 business days please contact us.
Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final. In the event that you receive a product that was damaged during shipping please contact us within 30 days of the invoice date and send a picture of the damage to our email address (luckyduckfarmandhome@gmail.com) and we will replace the damaged product as soon as possible.
Every day we strive to bring our customers the finest hand crafted, small batch products available. In order to continue to provide the highest quality customer service and protect the safety of our customers we cannot re-stock products once delivered.
